Raylar equipped or built 525HP 496's can be used with stock merc manifolds, Dana Flo-torque 496 kits, CMI 496 sporttubes or any good BBC marine manifolds, there will be differences in power, but they will all operate fine on these.
On the Raylar HO600 engines we only recommend either Dana Flo-Torque or Kieth Eikert header manifolds or actual tube headers like CMI, Lightning or CP performance.
