Go for the deep part of the bowl

Like mike says you have to purpose build your engine from scratch. Overseas they have been messing with ethanol for a long time. Race gas is not available. Since 9/11 Avgas is hard to come by. Automotive gasoline is taxed 4 times what it is here in the states. They use 100% industrial grade ethanol add 2 pints of diesel additive ( P.S. in the white or blue bottle) to a 55 gallon drum. Chit runs better than Avgas. For cold starts they give the engines a squirt of starting fluid. Also they replace the fuel tanks with stainless steel ones.
