My boat made the paper this weekend

I do wish that the title was different, it implies that I am an unsafe boater which is far from the truth. Someone in the Cigarette forum said that my insurance agent better not see it. I replied that I would invite my insurance agent to investigate my boating. I had Plenty of vests, sober driver, and I was idling in gear waiting for him to get off the deck. 13 years of owning 7 different boats, never a claim, and I have been boarded a good half dozen times and have never received a ticket. Just clearing some things up that the picture doesnt show, no offense taken. One question I do have is how many people does a boat like mine hold legally?

I won't allow anymore than 6 people at one time on our Apache, and prefer 5. Two people up front in each bolster and 4 on the bench seat that sit comfortably and all have access to grab handles.
Our friends don't have a back bench seat, but seating for 3 comfortably in the back and two bolsters up front.
I don't want to be on a boat when no one can sit down or hold on without a problem.
I know there is a weight capacity limit to the boat, but you'd think there'd be a body limit depending on how many seats are available on your boat, IMO.
Nice pic of your boat by the way!

Isn't there a capacity plate or label somewhere near the stern or in the engine compartment? It will list number of people OR total weight capacity of passengers.
