Default Anyone else have problems with Eddie Marine?

Thermostat housing and a few other other items we need to finish finally comes for our Stroker project.
One box very very well packed inside another box...inner box about the size of a boot box.
We open the inner box....
All the chit just thrown in, no packing, no padding, not plastic bags other that the one with 2 bolts, washers and gasket.
It rattled like a broken box of Xmas ornaments.
This is all polished SS and anodized Aluminum.
Bolts and washers wrong size (they sent 1/4-20 1" SS Bolts), no big deal, we have some SS Cap Screws that will work and look better.
AN fittings in the kit (and remember, this **** just thrown in the box) are -8
They sent -6 AN Hose
And the piece of hose BARELY reaches the crossover...it's like 1/2" too short to be used anyway.
I can see a Visa chargeback coming...

I have never heard of that kind of thing leaving their place before. I would give them a call and speak with Kenny. I am sure they will fix you up right away. They are really good when it comes to making sure the customers are happy with their parts and their tech help.

Never had a issue with Eddie Marine before. Only Marine supplier I can probably say that about.
They went above and beyond what I would expect with a set of EMI Exhaust I had on a boat bought used. Were beyond helpful.

my brother just ordered a few things from them... He ordered late in the week and was hoping to get the parts on Saturday overnighted so he could use the boat Sunday.. They said it probably wouldn't happen because a part had to be fusion coated... but they made it happen. sitting on his door Saturday morning, no extra charge to help him out.

They also respond to email, and are helpful all around for me.

Your situation seems really odd, maybe a new or disgruntled employee.

I swear I thought it said problems with Eddie Murphy lol.

Good luck, I hate when stuff isn't packaged well or when parts like piping end up being just a tad to short, so annoying

Same here, easy to deal with, never a problem.
