Personally, I have only had one or two good experiences with ANY tow company, on or off the water! If you have AAA and need to be towed a few miles, fine. If it gets in their yard your screwed! 90% of the tow companies will screw you if they have the opportunity. The big question is ,if this keeps happening at sanctioned events..... whos fault is it? The promoter should maybe look into "private" service for all the boats in the event. For everyone else, dealing with a tow company sucks! ( if you happen to own one, this is your chance to be different!)

I just got a “Boat US” magazine in the mail. Does Sea Tow also have one? If so: if everyone here were to e-mail a letter to every advertiser letting them know that we will all boycott their products unless they stop advertising with Sea Tow, how long do you think it will take Sea Tow to weed out the “bad apples” in their franchise?
