LA-

It towed pretty good. Obviously not rated for the load........but I had the hitch upgraded to 10,000lbs non-load assisted. Kept a very close eye on the working order of the surge brake system, good tires and kept plenty of distance to the next vehicle. From LA to Sacremento CA.......I got about 6.5MPG towing about 65-70MPH.

It's a 4x4 version................no problem! It has an auto 4x4 mode too..........any slipage and BANG it's in 4x4. It was kuel! Not towing..........if this street was wet from rain, in the 2-wheel mode it would burn out the tires......but in auto 4x4, it would just hook up with no burnout!

REally? You guys tow with you Navigators?
We bought one in December. a 1999, the towing capasity is only 3500lbs. I thought that was because of the air ride suspension.
I tow with my F150 4x4 (5800lbs capasity) I would like to take the Navigator when we got down to LOTO.
