DONZIMAN2 what is your dads name. I'm sitting in the GM Marion Plant right now. I was from Milford and drove a 69-Z, black with white stripes. Bought it my senior year at Milford 1973 and still have it. Won at the Pumpkin Run in Owensville 2 years ago. What a Small World. We joined the Tri State Power Boat Club and went to the Feb. meeting are there any other members ?

Cool

Hey guys...there will be some Sonics out there as well! Ya' know... the real good looking boats that all the chicks hang around (thongs only please). We love that big wake stuff, makes it interesting. Looks like the Cincy PR run this year should be a significant improvement over last year. I heard it may actually be warm and not at flood stage! hey mack312 what up? Found the little party palace did ya? Merlin I have a new gig that you may be interested in for OEM parts...

We take up all the dock spots because we're fast enough to get there first

Doug, My dad was a Tool and Die Maker also. He passed away in 1986 at the age of 53. He got his card at the Hamilton Ohio plant back in 1952 or so. He transferred to the Marion plant and work there until he retired in 1985. How long have you worked in Marion? My uncle Hired on there in the early 60's and is still there. He is also from Cinci. I used to know a lot of the old timers there. They were a pretty wide open bunch in the 60's and 70's. I have his 5 year pins that they used to give out of the old Stagecoach. I also have his 25 year clock. We lived out in Point Isabel intersection of 13 and 26. I went to Madison-Grant School System. Shoot me an e-mail.

Don't forget about all of us Cincy girls on this board too!! I'm not fortunate enough to own a boat yet but I did race one in the APBA Nationals 2000 in Washington, North Carolina. What a great rush and can't wait to do it again. I have also been apart of the Cincy Poker Run the last two years. Hopefully this upcoming year we will have better weather.

Doug the 69 Z sounds great. I used to love those 302 motors. Is yours still original? I used to tune a lot of those motors when I was in High School. I stayed with the small Blocks until the Mid 80's. My 71 Nova had a 30 over 350 12.5 to 1 motor, angle plug heads first design and a Racer Brown Roller cam I drove on the street. I used to make the run from Va Bch back to Mom and Dads with that thing and a 4:10 gear back in the late 70's. Round trip at 3500-3800 RPM's. People thought I was nuts. That car was also Black. My Friend down here still owns it. Those Mouse motors sure were tuff.

I can't believe I saw " Burg" and Owensville on this board. I live in Las Vegas now , but I am originally from Williamsburg. Sounds like the new marina will be great.
If any of you "Cincy" boys come out to Vegas let me know, we'll take the "Gun" out to Lake Mead.
Birdog do you ever go to East Fork, I grew up about 5 miles from there.
