I have talked to Kurt with the catastrophic boat many times, I baught the old 2.5's that he had on it to put on mine. he is amazing with the technical setting up of a cat. he figures :t(86)*4Y+74G%<-94/X then says, raise the motors 2.7 inches.. as soon as I get mine back from eagleone in FL I am taking it straight up to him so I can get mine to run faster than 47mph
I hear a roumor that his boat might be for sale. it is a SWEET boat

Troutly, as I said in an earlier post, my boss swears by his +100mph STV w/2.5 Merc. He's been trying to get me to ride with him for 7 years. In all that time he's never had any problems. Merc 2.5 must be a heck of a motor.
