I downloaded the MP3's into my I-tunes, the "take off" one leads immediatle into "take me home" by Phil Collins...works as a nice intro to the song.

I was flipping through an old (9/07) Hot boat with an article that compared a 42' Executioner vs. 42' Lightning. Now the Ex had a pair of 525s' so it topped out at 80 mph, which is not bad for a 42' w/1050 combined hp. Now, the Lightning had a pair of staggared 1300 Sterlings and only (I use that word loosley) did 133 mph. How different is this 42' Poker Run ed. vs. a Lightning that it can go 7 mph faster with 450 hp less? Mike

It may be the fastest V with 1075s but it's not the fastest boat with 1075s. That honor belongs to the 42-44MTIs. They run almost 155 with 1075s. In fact, CRC(42MTI) set a Kilo record of 161 with 1075s.
