Bil,
Not much to update. The owner has been using it all summer and it has run great. It needs to go to Skater to get the fuel tank redone this winter, but other than that, that's it.
He never did take to a lake that he could ring it's neck. That is probably a good thing since I don't think that any of us are qualified to drive that boat as fast as it will go. However, it did handle exceptionally well at 142 mph, so who knows, it might be a caddy at 150+.We'll find out sooner or later what it's made of and I will let you guys know as soon as it happens.
Thanks everyone.
Eddie

We actually have 3 lakes within 30 minutes of here. The one I run on is Old Hickory. Percy Preist is a little too small for something like this. Center Hill is the third. It is not very wide but is quite long, so you can run one pretty hard there.
I'm looking forward to getting Louie fixed up. It shouldn't be a big deal. It's going to take the longest time to put the O2 bungs in the pipes. Tuning it shouldn't be a big deal. I'll get him fixed up. I hope the weather warms up by then. It's pretty chilly here right now.
I will shoot you a pm on the valve. Thanks
