Hi Gehard,
The pictures are very definitley a "Cougar Cat 900"
I know this because I own one.
I bought one a few years ago and re-built it.
I'm not sure how to send you a picture but if you let me have an email address I will send you lots of pictures of the re-build and the boat as she is now.

I was wondering if you do manage to find any info on the Cougar Cat could you let me have some.
I own a Cougar Cat 900, she is ex-military with a Kevlar Hull.
Many thanks.

other cougar cats
There's another type of cat out there, I BELIEVE it was also made by wellcraft. Its a wider, flatter type hull, wider tunnel, with almost no cabin space: the type (now a bit longer) that looks like a supercat. I know of one on ebay with a pair of arneson drives in Texas, USA. I've worked on this model before and its pretty fast , by 80's standards, mid 80s with conventional big blocks. I clicked on the photos posted here and this is definitely NOT it. It is also a "cougar"
