No it clearly looks like a compression check...If that is what he recieved for a marine survey then there is a problem.

I cant blow my load all at once now.You will have to wait.I did get some good news,it seems there is a least one officer in AL. that Steve doesnt know and he is helping track the boat.Interesting,he told me in a voice message that he knows all the cops.HMMMMMM
