And only if he fails to send the add. deposit of 10K by the date stated.
Nothing in this contract says whats going to happen if the buyer fails to pay the outstanding amount !!!!!!!!!!
Any lawyer or judge will tell you that.

This is kinda like O.J. It's been big news now for a while, and gotten all the coverage, but another scam will come along and we'll all have some new entertainment before long. I've come to find out the hard way that there's a scam about every other week in performance boating, it's just a matter of who's going to get caught up in the next one.
