It only takes a miner to say it and u get arrested with bond if u are welthy they set the bond higher.

This was the article of him doing 130 MPH in his Howard Bullet. Pictures of him and the family. Everytime I spoke to him he would tell me about his wife and kids. This is really perplexing.

same here, but I have read all the charges and heard something about a tape recorded conversation that was very incriminating, if it is true phuck him, if the allegations are false, I hope his life gets back on track very quickly, if false these charges are life changers, AND I WOULD NOT WISH THIS UPON MY WORST ENEMY

I removed my earlier post which was a bit harsher. I removed it out of respect for the balance of members here, certainly not you. Since I am one of "they all" not only have you labeled me a "perv" but you have also missed the point "they all" did not claim he was innocent, but as our legal system is based on in this country "innocent until proven guilty".

So lets assume YOU were arrested on some fabricated charge. I wonder what your tune would be then. Not suggesting this guy was or wasn't but something to consider after all in the USA what applies to one applies to everyone in the theory of law.

If you would have thought about what "innocent until proven guilty" means you could have figured that one out.

Perhaps you should consult her about putting your mouth in gear without your brain engaged and possibly also calling people you don't know "pervs" on the internet. You of all people should know, being the wise husband of a lawyer, that the legal system determines (better than most any in the world) guilt or innocense. It is not determined by boating message forums even when stated by all-knowing spouses of lawyers.

If you'd have actually read the thread, or listened to your wife a some point in life with regard to the purpose of the legal system, you'd likely have ascertained that the meaning of innocent until proven guilty, is not the same as innocent.

That's unfortunate. I saw nothing wrong with your earlier post. isellpower made an ignorant coment about you and others on your other website. I don't know you or the accused. If guilty he deserves way more than the legal system will do to him. If inocent....this stigma will stay with him forever. This should not be tried here. IMO you did the right thing by locking it until a trial by jury and not trial by lynch mob

Bottom line, god help the alledged victim(s)....either way it goes.
