Every man on here is one accusation from being in the same situation as Gary Taylor.
Presumption of innocence means nothing to some I read.

I know a guy who had a one night stand she got caught by her husband, accused him of rape. He got thrown in jail name slandered in the media, business ruined. Took him 1 year to get out of the legal bull*** and his name is still tarnished.

That is really all you can do, but the charges are very disturbing. As you can tell by the reactions.

To think that anyone on this site (or at least most) could be called for jury duty scares me. Some people already have a nice cell mate picked out for this guy based off the amount of his bond which is not as much as it seems rememeber some people have pleasure boats on this site that cost more than that new.

I think that some cases it is easier to belive guilt before trial but I have not heard anything that leads me to believe that this is one of those.

If I listen to what Fat Tony said (which I believe to be someone close to Gary) he said that Gary is admitting to bathing this girl after she got sick so some could take that as a confession.

Now someone who is a firefighter would be someone who cares about other people and tries to help them so he could have been trying to help her in what he thought was an appropriate way and she may have not felt the same way so she tells her mom and they tell authorities then they say no it was a complete misunderstanding. Then they come back 8 years later and say no it was not a misunderstanding (after marriage falls apart).

There are many scenarios here besides guilt but some believe that because a DA makes the charge they are guilty.

Once again if the DA had anything 8 years ago they would have went for it but they did not.

Anyway like has been said innocent until proven guilty not the other way around if he did it then he has to do the time.
