Jodie at Essex Credit in Newport Beach has shown some great customer service recently to one of my clients. I sent a client to a dealer who was far less than organized or proffesional. When the paperwork was not sent in a timely fashion and it begain to inconvienience the client, Jodie went into Pissed Off SoCal ***** mode and got things done. I was vey impressed with her quotes and proffesionalism in the begining, and her fallow through in the end. The wrong lender can result in a paperwork nightmare in the long run without customer service. I say its worth the long distance phone call.
