Brian,
We don't really know what you're looking for in a boat. Where do you boat? Inshore? Lakes? Offshore? How important is wave crushing? How important is a nice cabin? How important is top speed? I'm sure people could carry this out to a couple of hundred replies, because there are at least that many decent deals that meet your 3 requirements of 29' min, HP500 min, and under $75K.
My 2 cents would be to look at a Cigarette Bullet or Cafe Racer, or even a Top Gun. All are proven and have some great deals for buyers. 5050 did say he would sell his in the $40s. Carter38 also has 2 Bullets for sale that are sweet. And there is one with red/black tribal graphics that looks like a good deal on the OSO classifieds. All earlier Cigs have great cabins with a separate pump-out enclosed head and can handle any rough water.
Here is a pick of 5050's and the tribal one:

All someone needs to do is look at this and it will sell. Ask around.

My 1994 29' Phantom is up for sale and will be listed soon. Finishing up for the spring market but if you buy now you would be able to pick the color of the cabin and misc (battery boxes, dash items, etc.). As well as other misc.
It is a single and best of everything - 489ci/695hp tall deck engine with brodix supercat heads with port work, T&D rockers, all new block and rotating assembly, etc. Stand up/high back bolsters, Lonseal flooring, Imco 12"/3"up extension box, Marine machine dual ram steering, upgraded Bravo with 2 Hydro props, tri-axle trailer, new paint, etc, etc.
Can't believe I'm doing it but new things to come.
