Walked 20' to building next door today to get a cup of hot chocolate. When I got back to my building, I had chocolate ice cream. :D

Central VA......about 20 right now, should be about 10 tonight and close to 0 tomorrow night.

Staying a little warmer here on Lake Ontario. 8 degrees.

-9 right now. On the weather channel online its says -9 but feels like -29!

I'm so lucky I get to be here in Minnesota for the coldest week they have seen in 12 years. Currently -16. Hasn't been above 0 since Monday. And to think I was in the keys two weeks ago today. :mad:

It was -21 this morning when I went to work. The high today was -7. Welcome to Minneapolis, Minnesota. At least the Minnesota state bird, the mosquito wasn't in the air today.

We may get into the -0's tonight in Nashville, TN. The last time it hit 0 here was in 1996. Most of the schools are closed tomorrow.

I had to wear long pants to work twice this year so far (Wed. and Thurs. it was 50ish in the morning). By lunch time it is in the upper 70's

-17 yesterday morning, -23 this morning. Wind chills in the -30 to - 40 range. Kids have not had school the last 3 days.

This morning was the coldest reading I've ever seen on one of my truck thermometers. 26 degrees below zero, in Illinois, near the Wisconsin border. :eek:

I'm on the Westside of Atlanta and the thermometer was showing 11 at 8am.

The official area temp here right now is-22. I had -24 at the house this morning when I left. Joliet set an all time record low of -30. It's hard to type with fingers this cold. I hope that I can get them warmed up before my coffee starts..''working''.

I was thinking the same thing. This weather will quickly point out who properly winterized thier boats.

Minus 21 on Lake Winnebago this morning and -18 yesterday morning. Never got above 0 yesterday. Heat wave tomorrow in the + single digits. Goin to Oshkosh to the mini boat show just to smell some fiberglass. Better than having your nostroles stick together from the cold every breath.
