To retro-fit boxes on an a Panther won't do much for the preformance and the cost to re-rig the transom and engine compartment will likely exceed the value of the boat.

I was looking at doing it on my Advantage. With 2 boxes, labor ect.... Price was about 12k total. Not really sure if it is worth a couple mph or not. Truth be told, it may do nothing at all.

The boxes were around $ 3000 each. Then the motors had to be pulled, and all the new hardware installed. Then they needed to add wingplates for all the hyd steering ect, ect. They didn't think that raising the box 3" was a good idea, (drive shaft angle) so they wanted to raise the motors 1", and the box 2. This all added up fast. A lot more than I thought it would be. And still not sure of how the boat would react. I still think it would improve the performance of the boat, but, there is no guarantee. I don't know anyone who runs them on my boat. And for the money, I'm still not sure.
