I know the feeling

Having an ex makes being married feel downright filthy rich. Oh well, only 2.25 years more of making payments on stuff I don't use or own.

Slinky 02-12-2009 03:13 PM

glad i dont have any ex's yet...or wives for that matter...though i do have to get the gf to start putting in her share for the boat! lol

Just heard the news GL....if I remember correctly, I think you said something like "maybe a 30 - 35 Skater...something...just to play with". I shouldn't be surprised...congrats...welcome back!!!:ernaehrung004:

jeff32 02-13-2009 10:04 PM

GLH! Who is going to do the rigging of your boat to bring it back to life?

VtSteve 02-14-2009 01:10 PM

Keep it that way Slinky. I could have a new boat of my choice, tow vehicle, and a house for what I'm paying out for none of the above. Words of wisdom my young man.

Would've been fine if his buddy could've kept borrowing the Benz!

VtSteve 02-21-2009 05:47 PM

I was wondering what people used for GPS on Champlain. I have limited room on the dash, and the Garmin 440S just fits. I prefer the depth numbers to contours, and the coastal charts do work for Champlain.

The new Oregon is a great little handheld, but costs more for less.

Slinky 03-02-2009 12:53 PM

Garmin Rhino handheald (but i'm cheap like that lol):drink:

GLH 03-24-2009 06:23 AM

Heard rumors Doc John is sending his twin 850's to Mr. Potter for a bump to 1150.... I guess there is always a bigger fish. :D

Here is the man without a doubt drinking my beer on my swim platform! :drink:

Damn you Ashley! Gotta show off and park way up front at the Turtle. Can't park out near the MTI... I was hoping to see that rig and get some killer pics of it.

Getting used to the twins?
