was Geico there? Also don't you think the show is a bad date, it conflcits to closely with the Miami show and all the go fast boats are there, or just returning from there.

Yes Geico was there and their booth was always full of people. It was pretty cool to see. Also you make a very good point about the Miami show being so close to the Detroit show dates. Maybe the organizers of the Detroit show will stumble on that theory and make a change.

Not to mention that city council voted down the expansion of cobo center yesterday, so we will be lucky to still have the contract for NAIAS come 2010....

Goodbye any big conventions.

The fasttech was nice, and I stepped in that 43' Sea Ray for $815,000 it was nice!

I wanted to thank Mr Haggin and Team Gieco for attending the show and allowing us to share space with them to promote The Cintron Offshore Classic in Harrison Twp 7/24-26. We handled out over 1500 flyers.

It's dissapointing that at least Sunsation doesn't send a couple boats, seeing as they are the "hometeam".
If all goes well Sunsation will make it's return to the Detroit show in 2010.

That would be great.

I didn't even go this year upon learning there was a single high performance boat there.

I'd like to see Sunsation, Saber, and Skater all show up. All made in Michigan.
