Marine Power has had a 6.0 out for a while. They just came out with a 6.2 LS3 and LSA engine ready for the marine market. Website says their going to showcase a Super-Charged Cadillac CTS-CV all aluminum 6.2 L in one of their raceboats. http://www.marinepowerusa.com/Repower/62L.aspx

I didn't hear a thing about anyone introducing LS-based engines, other than what Ray has out. I doubt Merc's going to do it. They would have been crowing about it to no end.

Wink To many Performance Boaters on Dry Land!

With the huge financial problems and lack of marine performance sales the industry is expierencing right now and in the immediate future I would not advise HOLDING ONES BREATH and waiting for GM or to many marine manufacturers to be rushing to market with any of these LS based marine high performance engines (425 TO 550hp RANGE) naturally aspirated or supercharged. Hell we've got one now and there are not many buyers rushing to buy any, why is that going to change with these suppossed ghost offerings??
Quit dreaming, get to work, work hard, earn some money and buy what you need!

Best Regards

Does this look like a ghost offering?

texoma, they are bad motors, the sc all aluminum is a high tech, big performance power plant for marine application, you will see them soon in new boats.
