Are they just filling the site up with bogus ads? Or does the new owner have them for sale again?

If I build boats from that mold, Is that SPLASHING? What if I cut it down to a 38', is that a new design and can I call it my own?

The mold is sitting in East Peoria. I drive by it regularly. Makes me go "Hmmmm....."

Sounds like a good deal? I wish someone would buy them and start building them for around 100K each!! I would love to have one!
I'll take mine with a Gen. and A/C!! Mild power, just enough to cruise down the middle of the Ozarks in STYLE!!!

Cobra Marty ~

When you "Purchase" a mold free and clear, then the design is all yours and you can do with it whatever you choose. As long as the seller owns the legal rights to that design, then that is not splashing.

These molds are being "sold" for a return on their investment, and the owner knows that design then becomes the property of whomever buys it.

The keywords here are "Design Ownership" and "Purchase".

Wow 18000 lbs!! We would need a pair of huge CAT's just to get around!
It was nice to meet you also!! I was hoping for the weekend of the TanTarA show April 13th but who knows? When is the Spring Poker Run? Isn't there one with Poker-Runs America and the Harbor hop as well?
See ya later,
Brad
