You have possesion of the boat, correct? If yes, it's your boat bro. All paper work is legit. Other parties will try to tell you different. It's your boat!!!!! They might be trying to back out because of B.S.

Yeah thats what atty tells me, but he also says the bank could foreclose on it and then I would have to sue them over it. Heres the thing- dealer tells me the bank didnt approve loan, then why did they give me the boat? And with that in mind, who do I send the payment to? The purchase agreement lists the bank that "didnt" approve it.

Complete ****** up mess!

a 39 cigarette top gun with 700's would be perfect v bottom at loto, plenty fast and handles rough stuff well, plus would be great resale. If you want a cat Skater no other

I'm an old retiree who spent his entire life in the Corporate world. I apologize in advance, but there's something about this thread that leaves me cold. The bank finances a half million dollar boat and asks for tax returns AFTER the fact? An earlier post said the owner had the titles. Was the bank listed as a lien holder on the boat title? Hear me Scottie?

Yeah the bank is listed as the lien holder. Does this make any since to you? If the loan wasnt approved, why would I receive the boat and all paperwork at time of closing? You can't tell me any dealer is going to give someone a boat that it hasn't been paid for.

Im looking at new boats in the 33'-40' size range. What do others recommend? Would like to stay below 500 K and use merc motors. Probably v, but have not ruled out cat. Do most boating at LOTO and alittle at Lake Travis, Tx. Thanks for the input.

I know about an 06 35 Donzi w/ 496 HO's loaded up no trailer for a buck and a half that would be $150k warranties and everything!!!!
