Yea it could have been alot worse...he could have had both sets of #6 props on there, I guess 35,000 dollars plus the price of traffic control, crane fees and so on, no big deal.:rolleyes:
But hell the way Nor-Techs slide off of trailers, they either have carpet with microscopic rollers on them, or 3,000hp trucks to tow them:drink: |
I think the last cat that came off the trailer actually had the slick plastic runners on top of the bunks because the boat was so hard to load due to shallow ramps.
I don't get surprised by, or sad about, these incidents anymore. |
Why shouldn't you tow with the props on? This is news to me.

I take mine off to avoid any damage when towing and they're a fraction of what those things cost. |
