FREEDOM US1 04-28-2009 10:01 PM

Congrats!!! Nice boat!!!!!!!!!!!!

grads2112 04-28-2009 10:46 PM

Dustin are you saying this is your new boat? If so, props to you. Do you still have that 33' Eliminator? What size Teague motors are in the Outerlimits? Did I see right that it was doing almost 170 m.p.h.?

Young Performance 04-29-2009 12:03 AM

Congrats Dustin. I talked to Carl and he told me all about it. Good for you. I'm happy for you and I'm, sure you will be happy with it. Can't wait to go for a ride:drink:
Talk to you soon, Eddie.

CAL MAN 04-29-2009 07:24 AM

Thanks for the ride @ DS, boat is awesome. Very safe feeling even in the back seat at 160+. Bilge is very clean with all the carbon. Just think how fast it could be with different blowers:party-smiley-004:

CAL MAN 04-29-2009 07:34 AM

One thing that was very impressive was the turing at speed left and right and the acceleration for such a big boat. You and Mike should be very proud.

Wild 04-29-2009 07:54 AM

can you see anything out of that windshield, its so dark

Dustin,

We saw you at the DS poker run. You pulled the boat over right by us and were working on something in the engine bay for a couple of minutes. Something come loose? I was impressed at how fast the boat took off! http://www.performanceboats.com/html...smiley-035.gif

We didn't put much time when it was dark or dusk, but in havasu, you can see perfectly since I think that as close to the sun as one can get!! I look like a tomato! Wearing a red shirt today, looks like I'm naked :)

They make an enclosed version, and they're very light, but extremely solid. My 250lb (being kind Mikey!!) buddy was jumping on the deck, no flex, not even a little!

Dustin

Yup, I think it's being built right now

Whipple Charged 04-29-2009 08:45 PM

On the dyno, 10 air fuel sensors, 1 per port, 1 per collector.

Oh, you gotta love the IC routing, but it was 3:00am so I skimped on the "pretty" stuff!! Worked almost 72 straghit hours and then drove straghit to Havasu.
