never seen that type cord, in your save as window check in the box that says "save as type" it may give you a couple of different choices and select jpg. . . everything i have ever got from this site has come as a jpeg. . . . .maybe yours is set to php. as its default . . .the "save pic as" way is much easier and you dont have to crop it in photoshop. you get the pic as it was posted.

On my computer, the only option that I have is to save the file as a .php . No other options. Veeery anoying.

Thanks, I got it to work , finally, on a growing family, or babies first photo page. It is sensitive to the time you keep the buttons held down, but eventually the save as option comes up after the message asking for money.
