Sharkey the boat ran 74 mph using 225 Mercs 4 People and fully loaded, During the Military Testing.
Dave Here is a Picture of the Mold assy, we are placing the Crash Bulkhead and frames using a Steel “Maiden” that clamps to the Mold, The side molds are about ready to come off

Dave here is the Transom going in (the pneumatic clamps were of my design ) next boat got vacuum bagged..had to build everything we used there!! The ole guy looking over the side is an Iraqie,He was my night watchman.

Dave here is the trick to this boat the liners they are two pieces with the floor hatches making the complete cockpit Sole, I also used Round fuel tanks also they fit well and never broke. You can see the yellow epoxy primer on them in one of the photos.

well steve . . .i hafta tell you , i certainly am impresed with your ingenuity. some real cool pictures on this thread. i have been doing glass work for several years now and am also an engineer(or atleast i will be in about one more semester
