I've got an 22' Chaparral Villian III, white/red/gray. Its an 86 (I hear the sighs already) with a lovely 454/alpha combo...

No chance of putting a bravo on it right now, so I'm trying to decide if Im gunna put a 1.32 alpha on and just be really careful to stay in the water or just wait a while longer...

So maybe I can go out with you guys in the mean time? lol can't hurt to ask..

Shane ,
I'll do that and I saw your buddies 22se that is some boat

I didn't think there were so many oso members in my neck of the woods.
when i bought my boat the test drive was at a state marina on the east side of the river just above hyde park can't remember the name but it was a nice setup ramp, facilities and bbq spots.

this run sounds great I don't think I can run with the big dogs but I'll try, stony pt to kingston would probably mean a couple of fuel stops for me. I don't understand it's a small little 16 with a small 300 hp motor and it's mpg sucks!!!! but man it sure looks good doing it!!!!

Bear Mt sounds good too! just let me know

Hey Mattyboy I live in Warwick but do most of my boating down on Barnegat Bay, you should join our club (NJPPC) and do a poker run or two.

Shane sounds good!!!

Joe D you're right in my backyard any time you want a donzi ride drop me a line once the water level gets up the boat goes in

Man the world is getting smaller by the minute!!!!

Warwick to Barnegat man that's some parkway time!!! I do LBI every july but not this year for the first time in 20yrs

I think I might join,, Frank Civitano is always putting out the good word for the club

I think I'm gonna need a bigger boat!!!!

Default The sandy beach,,, just south of Gully's.....

Is a great place to meet up, I would love to have a OSO get together and get to meet some of you guys..

As for candlewood,,,, yes the latins cove and danbury launch is VERY shallow,,, I sent e-mails to the CT DEP asking if they were going to dredge the latins cove launch ( lots of mud and silt has accumulated over the years ) the ramp is almost un-usable by anything bigger than a row-boat...

To answer your question,,, there is a VERY good ramp and its called the squantz pond launch,, very deep,,,,, large enough for a 30 footer,,, but backing down it can be a challenge...

Also I will be doing A LOT OF jet-skiing around gully's this season,, look for a RED kawasaki with white racing stripes down the hood,,, one of a kind...
