Mike, the Sloppy Pelican is just inside Blind Pass, the first dock you come to on your right. There is dockage there for about 3 or 4 boats, but I have never had a problem getting in. We were in a brown and white Formula 20SC with the girl with the camera stuck to her face . She took 90 pictures on Friday, and 85 on Saturday. Where do you keep your boat?

Mike, Blind Pass is the first pass south of John's Pass, between JP and Pass a Grille channel. Blind Pass makes a sharp 90 degree turn about 75 yards in. If you are very far at all offshore, you can't tell there is a pass there, hence the name.

We get up near Tarpon sometimes. Used to fish quite a bit near Three Rooker Bar. Are people still allowed to go ashore at Three Rooker?
