How are your brothers doing? well I hope!
Tell them I still ride the bike they painted for me. The job they did has held up terrific.

Default Here's some more pics

Sorry for the quality on some of the pics. Taken with my phone. Deck plug completed last week, polished and ready to go. Had to hold off on the start of laying up the mold because of low temperatures down here over the past few days. Definate overrun on hours getting this deck plug completed but well worth it as it is absolutely straight. The first few hulls are being built from a leased mold which has been modified. Pics of the hull will follow.

Default Pva & Tooling Gel

Deck got another couple of coats of wax today. Pva & tooling gel were applied earlier today but this particular pva didn't like a fat coat of gel and aligatored. Waited for the gel to harden and peeled it off. Washed down the deck and sprayed the partall pva. Tooling gel is going on in a couple of thinner coats right now.
