I hate to say it because I have some personal issues with the guy that owns it, but there is a product made by Bio-Kleen called Belly Pan Cleaner. It is actually designed to clean up clutch belt rubber in the belly pan of snowmobiles. It is designed to actually dissolve the rubber. You might try that.
