so thats kinda a rerig. filling in the motor mount holes in the stringers.Would that be a rear motor mount also???

Yes, you need to install a rear motor mount on the close-coupled engine and drill new holes in the stringers along with a few other changes.

Yes, I swapped my NXT transmissions for Huber 1450s. According to the Mercury Racing shop manual the NXT transmissions are rated for 800 ft lbs of torque.

I guess you would recommend doing that before doing the upgrades?

What kind of torque does the whipple 700 upgrade give you?

We did it on a 353 formula with 600s, boat now runs over 100. Very sucessful
