Can you send me some pictures, I am also trying to get some ideas on how I want to have mine done.

Thanks

Haven't used mine yet but it was a cheap enough process to which I wouldn't mind redoing every 5-6 years....

There's a new Carbon Fiber vinyl that a friend of mine did for a customer a few months ago. It is a much smoother vinyl and seemed to have really good definition to it. It was in his Marine Revolution vinyl book from DLT Upholstery Supply in Detroit. You might want to check it out and see if it would work

We had our fountain vinyl redone 3 years ago. At the advice of who did the work we had them do a mixture of carbon fiber and non carbon fiber. Their suggestion was to not use the carbon fiber in "high traffic" areas or areas that get lots of rubbing or wear because the carbon fiber will show the wear in its color. ex seat bottoms, bolster corners that people lean on or rub against etc. The did ours with standard white vinyl, with silver carbon fiber highlights. I have noticed the carbon is harder to clean, but I have limited amounts of it so its not that bad.

They had also suggested that some colors were harder to clean than others in the CF variety. Sorry I dont reme, ber which ones they were.

Rob, A certain AT I know , the carbon fiber is impossible to clean the pattern catches everything.
The carbon fiber I got is different , very easy to clean.
This is a link I have saved with the coating :
