I had mine boating at 5 months and 11 months. It takes them a while to used to the noise and wind. Most of the time, they will be in their infant carrier anyway. Not to mention, they don't like PFD's, but will get used to them. My wife boated until she was about 6 months pregnant. probably would have gone longer, but the season was over.

My son was boating at 1 month, first overnight at 3 months. Biggest issue is keeping them out of the wind and sun. Changes the way you drive! Saves a lot of gas too.

Our son was on the CC at 3-weeks, on the Cig at 6-weeks and he'll be on the MTI hopefully before he turns 1.....Mom boated the first summer she was pregnant in fact got knocked up on Jammin on the James....go figure

had my daughter out when she was 4 months old... use a good infant life jacket and take it easy. she would fall asleep the minute i turned the key - she is 5 now and gets excited everytime she sees an offshore boat or hears a loud engine
