Ben is the man. Are you wearing the HANS? If not why not?

Ben is no longer the SRP offshore rep. He has given that position to me as he does not got to races anymore. No we are no wearing Hans Devices at this time.

We have these - very well constructed; also very comfortable (so much so that I often have to remind my wife to take hers off!!). As funny as that sounds, it makes a big difference - if it's not comfortable, you probably won't wear it. Another plus is that it is USCG approved (I don't think the Lifelines are but stand to be corrected). I had to special order them through West Marine - I think we paid $109 each.

I respect that Lifelines may be superior for full race conditions; I don't operate in those conditions but want something much more than an inflatable or a ski vest. I think these fit the ticket (BTW - we have the survival vest, not the sport vest)
