Kings View Condos are the ones I was telling you about. They're next to the London Bridge and fairly new. You can beach your boat right in front (and yes, over night is fine).
Did you check the Havasu Heat Hotel? Across the bay from Kings view. Both are about 1/4 mile from The Nautical.

If you look at the bellow pics you'll see the channel. I circled the Heat Hotel, The Kings View and The Nautical to give you an idea of how close everything really is.
