Yes, its an SAE standard test. There is a lot you have to do to get it right, including measuring background noise. Its no where near as simple as point the dB meter at the exhaust and saying thats what the boat is.

The clearest thing is says is dunk in Lake Champlain if you want to go over 30 MPH.....

GHL...i've been up there a couple of times. I had alot of fun, But its a long ride. i'm sure i'll do a weekend there this summer.

Test my azz do they test noise from hunters,motorcycles,dogs barking,heavy machines,snow mobiles,music,farting,LOL!They are playing games wanna be high liners that are into blow boats penny loafers&hating all other types

I just answered the guys question about what standards they use.

As far as noise, motorcycles and snowmobiles have standards. In fact snowmobiles are worse than boats. Touch your stock exhaust and get stopped and you get a ticket.

If you hate LG so much why are you even reading this thread?
