You might want to look at the "Protector" boxes from Pelican Industries. Their web address is www.pelican.com

We use these for shipping all of our props. They are extremely durable, watertight and will accomodate any size prop.

Bronson Props sells protective carriers for props that are made out of fabric (nylon type) and hard plastic. They open and close with a zipper. They are about $30 and are alot nicer than the wood boxes I have seen.
