me personaly driving i have only done 72mph....but got lucky enough to get a ride on a fountain @ 105mph once

110 in a 21' 1974 Tahiti jet boat. It had a blown & intercooled 572 making 1475 HP. Scariest ride ever! 
Now the boat has a NA 502 and tops out at 62
I have only been 60 in my scarab but I only put it in the water for the first time last week!
