I would go to something like this long before a CC.

At least I could sleep a night on it if I want and we glass can get out of the wind.

This house is 2 miles from Big Thunder's CIg dealership. Asking 145mm, paid 85mm in 2021.

I just think people aged out of the I/O style of boating......no shade/ nobody wants to work on them
I was just joking. I know the Jupiter Hood isn't hurting......not too bad anyway

Amen. If I ever get too old for I/Os, I'll buy a twin OB tritoon with rear facing lounges in back but I'm also a fresh water boater.
The biggest drawback to CCs is the outboards hanging off the back. If you spend your time hanging out on the water instead of a sandbar or bar hopping, having outboards takes up really important real estate. I can see why people are buying Yamaha jet boats like crazy seeing how the transoms are laid out nowadays.

A lot of the larger, say 30’+ CC’s have cuddies, easily capable of over nighting.

And I agree that a negative of an OB is loosing the swim platform for hanging out at the sand bar/raft up.

Guess my opinion is, I get so many other positives elsewhere, I’m OK w/that.

Ck this thing out!

wow. i had not seen nor heard from the guy since our dealings soured and i pretty much wrote him off and never really gave it much thought. Funny i went out to Akron a couple years ago to look at an engine that was for sale on FB and low and behold the flat deck i painted for him was at the same marina the engine was stored. No connection to the seller i was dealing with but as far as he knew the marina's owner bought it from Chris and finished it out, actually looked pretty good and was being used regularly.
