Default Phenomenon Will Make Sarasota Kilos—With Zero Time to Spare

The expression, "With not a moment to lose" definitely applies here, http://www.boats.com/boat-content/20...ota-kilo-runs/.

Sounds like the target speed has been scaled back a bit to 220 from 300+.

Main thing is that everyone is safe at the end of whatever speed it attains.

Best of Luck and I'm looking forward to reading that Al Copeland's Srs, Phenomenon, has broken the Propeller Water Speed Record. Have a safe run and good luck again.

Nah, Rich, I think the record they were always going after was the Villwock 220 mph (propeller-driven), which is plenty freakin' fast, as opposed to the Warby 317 mph (jet-thrust), which is simply psychotic.

And I suspect the target might drop further. That said, your point on everyone being safe is the only thing that really matters.
