Here's a link to a video Hering sent me of a 200hp Outboard running 100mph. Pretty cool to see what is & isn't in the water at speed.
I'm going to attempt to get a video of my ILMOR Indy drives in action.

I tried the same thing, but forgot about all the water coming out of the tailpipes:
Ilmor 725/Indy - the business end.
I'll save it at high-res next time...

Testing Day 1 Sat 10/15- 2 people, 2/3 fuel, 50-70 deg (warms up quick), windy 1' chop. No visible outdrive video, poor cam location.
Run 1- Baseline w/ Hering 16.5 x 37 SCL's & stk nose cones. 3000rpm harmonic vibration, 65-95 hop, good acceleration but difficult to make use of w/ the hop, settles down at 100mph, top speed 130@ 6000-6050rpm level to -1 Neg trim
Run 2- Merc 16.5 x 37 CL's & stk nose cones. 3000rpm harmonic vibration, 65-95 hop, good acceleration but difficult to make use of w/ the hop, settles down at 100mph, top speed 130@ 6000-6050rpm, likes level to +1 pos trim.
Run 3- Merc 16.5 x 39 CL's stk nose cones. 3000rpm harmonic vibration, 65-85 hop, settles down a little sooner, top speed 133@ 5900-6000rpm, likes level to +1 pos trim.
Testing Day 2 Sun 10/16- 3 people, 2/3 fuel, 60-70 deg (warms up quick), calm/flat. (since there was no real performance gain or noticeable advantage to the Merc props I performed all Day 2 testing w/ the Hering 37’s SCL’s for consistency purposes which have been the all around top performers to date.)
Run 1- Same as Run 1 baseline from Sat, no difference in performance but captured some video w/ stk nose cones (see below)
Run 2- Hering 16.5 x 37 SCL’s w/ pointed nose cones & video (see below), no noticeable difference time to plane, 3000rpm harmonic vibration remained, porpoised same 65-95mph but boat felt very edgy, light & unsettled @ 110mph+. I wasn’t comfortable trying to take it past 120mph. (I shared this w/ Bob Teague & he said he noticed no difference on the Eliminator & nor should I have b/c once it’s out of the water it’s out of the water)
Nose cone vids below, tried several mounting locations even 2 cameras at one time but unfortunately lots of tunnel spray & tailpipe water interference. Best when watched in full screen, cones come into view intermittently especially coming off throttle, drag cursor to FF thru the clip.
