What, they don't make an app for that? 
We have people drive past out place going way to fast all the time. It sucks but what you gona do. One of my neighbors was hucking huge rocks the other day it was so out of control. Last year a guy drove up on one of my neighbors docks! He just backed off and then kept driving down the river. We were like did that just happen?! Lucky for neighbor he was out on his boat at the time. People are tards out on the water.

Lots of ignorant people out there, but just think things through a little bit more before you say or do something or just do it and don't say anything. If it was me and he is regularly out there, I would call someone about it. no wake zones at least where i am from are there for a reason.
I usually let things go I am pretty easy going, but sometimes I will confront people or call them out on things, but no ones ever run their mouth really, I usually get the dumbfounded look or studdering. I get very annoyed with more day to day things, like taking 30 items through the 15 item check out and I only have 2 items and I am in a hurry, told a guy it was good he could read and had to explain the sign, then I still got the studder and bewildered look.
and don't turn into the type that runs their mouth, or the internet or telephone tough guy, gotta love them...

Only thing i can add is that your cellphone is your freind.
Take a pic or video of the offender next time.
A little evidence goes a long way if you end up needing it.

You are in a dead end bay, with the whole bay being a 5mph zone... markers are at least 1/2 mile from your house.
But you live on north shore LI, and even worse... Great Neck.
Too many azzholes to count... get used to it. you should be by now.

First of all just put the boat in the closet. He'll never look there

Third he's lucky he didnt threaten the worng person (like me) cause I have this switch that turns and I don't give a rats azz if it was king kong in that boat it wouldve been on. Cash Bar actually has a name for these times. He calls them "Bartus F**K IT MOMENTS"
