The motors are Innovations, not every other which way they spelled it. The exhaust however, appears to be merc, or osco. I would be very suspect of them in that application.

That boat has been in pics here on OSO in the past, but I don't have any current knowledge on it. The boat looks WELL weathered.

Another member runs a 32 with twin 600s and it runs in the 90s. That hull is a wave crusher. It could be a great boat, again.

One needs to store that boat slightly nose down when parked outside. That deck design can hold a bit of water when stored nose up. That appears to be just collected dirt up there.

I remember when it was advertised in the OSO classifieds. The pics then looked like it was a very clean boat. It was advertised with Innovation 600hps and I don't think they had more than about 250hrs on them. That was maybe 1-2 years ago. The ad said it ran 80mph which surprised me since that is the same speed that 500hp 32's run. It could have something to do with the Innnovation water pick ups that are mounted through the bottom of the hull at the front of the engines.
I agree with Sydwaz on the deck. It is most likely just dirt around the deck hatches. It looks like it has been sitting in the weather for while uncovered.
