but in all honesty yeah common sense! I wouldnt roll up to a beach with kids and a boat full of strippers..... wow did i really say that.
But yes i would allow anything out in open water or raftd up private like.

It is leagal for girls to go toppless on kelly island as long as there is no complant,then you get a ticket for disturbing the peice,same thing with carring a side arm in the open in MI its leagal as long as no one complanes.
The coastgaurd on the great lakes were flying maneuvers one spring (flying low over the island ) so the girls flashed them the chopper came around and hovered at tree top right in front of us,then the girls mooned them .....way to cool.
the guys where hanging out the door to get a better look.
No tickets where issued,just smiles and thumbs up lol
