Up my way we have something called "White trash bash" on Dog Island every year. Recently there have been more cops than attendees I think... including a helicopter flying over head every 30 minutes or so, 4 cops per boat, etc.

All they do is check for nudity. It is a total waste of tax payer dollars.

I haven't been to the sand bar in Islamorada Fl in some time, but that was always a naked fest. The Columbus day Regatta in Miami... same deal. Last time I made it to the Regatta was probably 98 or 99 though.

In Florida, I'm pretty sure the prosecutor has to prove lascivious/sexual intent. So... hanging out nude? Most likely not a problem. Banging it out in the intercoastal waterway? Most likely a problem.
