But it was sold as a package @ 675K. One deal.

I figure that the Z06 car is worth 75K, the trailer @ 75K....so the boat went for 525K. I would assume that they got more for it than expected.

Thats kinda what I thought, and didn't have to deal with tire kickers and endless phone calls trying to beat him down in price.

A new 2011 Z06 can be had for less than 75K......used ones are bringing 50K +/-. If it was a used ZR1 it would pull 75...

Don't forget the 67.5 buyers premium.....plus sales tax......it was an expensive day at the auction for someone.

Hey Jim Darr, if that boat is only worth 250K, what does that make your skater worth?

Probably older auctions. For the last few years I think they've all been NR auctions.

That thing was just sick, it was definitely a pretty cool piece. After watching quite a few hours yesterday I couldn't figure out why one car would sell for a much higher prices than a very similar one. Even the announcers were supprised on some of them... It's definitely interesting to watch and would love to go out there sometime...

Ya some of the clones went for more than the real thing, but the price's are way up from last year on everything.
That Vette was amazing in the quality and tech that went into it.
