22k is not the price, that was minimum bid,a tactic National Liquidators uses to find serious buyers.I think Randy Hartman has the boat now, that's who my buddy was dealing with.

Some of you have the parts laying around to put this back together. Wish I could afford to insure it.

Lots of interesting stories about Monopoly. After Schrusy went to prison on a criminal bribery charge he lost a civil lawsuit for 2.8 billion(yes billion) and the lawyers started seizing his bank accounts, homes, yachts, planes, etc, but the Skater slipped thru the cracks somehow. My buddy kept following the boat, hoping to pick it up cheap, but he lost track until recently. But now it is just an old, tired, stripped boat.Rumor also has it that this boat was the main cause of the big, fast boat ban on 3 Alabama lakes a few years ago that we fought so hard against.Story was that Schrusy's neighbor on Lake Martin was the president of Alabama Power Company and he got tired of the noise and the speed going close to his dock. The boat ban came out of that, according to urban legend.May not be true, but I'm bored tonite, just wanted to share a story

It only states min bid, but most banks or auctions have a min reserve or it's a no sale.
We have been to many and it usually dosen't sell or the general public runs it up over a deal anyway.

It also says may sell for less than min. bid. Now a doubt that boat would go down. I would be all over them like a fat kid on a moped if I wanted it and had the money and they kept waiting for a better offer.
Is there any rules like if you put in a offer and they have 48 hours to get a better one or sell ?
