they will make a 900hp next is my guess. The 700 took a lot of development and time, i guess they leave that there for a while. Good motor, doesn't need rebuilding or valve changes for 400-500 hours??

alot different from the 850 to 1200 sci line up.

Turbos rock!

C'est La Vie...

Say good bye to push rods....The prices on these things are ridiculous...200+ per side? The NXT is a great drive but with 1100hp?....The #6 is still the king...aside the M8...the torque rating of the NXT is only 800lbs...I wonder how they're pulling this off......

Who would've thought reliable power 89 octane...amazing what technology has done. Now we need someone aftermarket to duplicate these heads...for marine use...(I can remember a few examples of those who tried) but pushrods always came back...

Honestly, I understand this is a great setup...but not for 400k not even including the boat...

If I read that correctly the tranny from the 1300/1350's with NXT tansom assembly's and SSM drives mated to the new 1100 turbo motor.

I read that as well...but still...eh we'll see..price is still astronomical..

Thats suggested retail-- not a set in stone price. It can be 60% of that price.

WildThing47 02-17-2011 03:32 PM
